Anyone who wants to understand all forms of recognition and use those forms to improve employee engagement in the workplace.

OVERVIEW

RECOGNITION is primarily separated into two distinct areas. First, non-financial and next financial. Recognition includes reward mechanisms also.

DELIVERY

This program may be delivered within the instructor led online module in a stand alone approach or, in a blended approach which includes the online module combined with onsite learning by one of our instructors.

Online: Approximately 10 hours of online learning delivered over a 2 week period
Blended: Online learning + 8 or 16 hours Face to face delivered over 1, 2 or 3 day sessions

REINFORCEMENT

This development class includes proven ways to transfer learning, knowledge and skills to the workplace. Enhanced coaching, reinforcement tools and processes are also available.
