Anyone who wants to develop themselves individually or, is responsible for leading and developing people or on a development track for leading people.

OVERVIEW

NURTURE is a very deliberate mindset approach we use for development of the individual. Nurture has a very strong "win/win" approach for both the employee and the company. We refer to it as nurture rather than development because this brings in two distinct elements that are critical to a learning (LIRNing) organization. First, we want to communicate that we are GROWING someone, NOT building someone. Growth takes the right environment and the right ingredients. Next, growth has elements of time and "seasons". Sometimes the person is ready when the business isn't and vice/versa. So nurturing takes a longer view than development and tries to align multiple priorities.

BUSINESS OUTCOMES

  • Learn the key ingredients necessary to create individual, meaningful learning plans for every employee
  • Learn the key questions each employee has and how to answer them
  • Learn how to create a "continuous learning culture"
  • Learn how to offer an approach which addresses key questions employees have like, "Can I improve my skills here?" "Do I have long term career options here?" "Can I implement my new learning and ideas here?"

DELIVERY

This program may be delivered within the instructor led online module in a stand alone approach or, in a blended approach which includes the online module combined with onsite learning by one of our instructors.

Online: Approximately 10 hours of online learning delivered over a 2 week period
Blended: Online learning + 8 or 16 hours Face to face delivered over 1, 2 or 3 day sessions

REINFORCEMENT

This development class includes proven ways to transfer learning, knowledge and skills to the workplace. Enhanced coaching, reinforcement tools and processes are also available.
