AUDIENCE

Anyone who wants to develop new capabilities through stronger self awareness, situational awareness and an ability to detect and manage fixed and situational mindsets in themselves and others.

OVERVIEW

Mindset(s) go far beyond attitude. Attitudes are one-dimensional while mindset(s) are multi-dimensional. Mindset(s) involve thinking, behaviors, time and skills. Mindset(s) helps individuals to define, recognize, compare and contrast "paradigms" or mindsets that people bring into every situation. A foundation of mindset provides visibility into how employees are thinking. This is the first step to identify behaviors that can improve organizational engagement, productivity and performance. We teach you how to empower employees and develop their engagement and ownership mindset(s).

BUSINESS OUTCOMES

  • Improved understanding and application of mindsets; you will learn how to identify mindsets through key words and behaviors that isolate and define different types of mindset(s)
  • New awareness, thinking and skills that help to manage individual and team mindsets
  • Learn the three fixed mindsets and the behaviors that identify them
  • Learn how mindset has different dimensions and depth compared to attitude
  • Start down the road toward mastering the management of wrong and right mindsets for greater individual and team impact
  • Assessing participants for their individual mindset(s)

DELIVERY

This program may be delivered within the instructor led online module in a stand alone approach or, in a blended approach which includes the online module combined with onsite learning by one of our instructors.

Online: Approximately 10-15 hours of online learning delivered over a 2 week period
Blended: Online learning + 8 or 16 hours Face to face delivered over 1,2 or 3 day sessions

REINFORCEMENT

This development class includes proven ways to transfer learning, knowledge and skills to the workplace. Enhanced coaching, reinforcement tools and processes are also available.
