DELIVERYThis program may be delivered within the instructor led online module in a stand alone approach or, in a blended approach which includes the online module combined with onsite learning by one of our instructors. Online: Approximately 10-15 hours of online learning delivered over a 2 week period REINFORCEMENTThis development class includes proven ways to transfer learning, knowledge and skills to the workplace. Enhanced coaching, reinforcement tools and processes are also available. |
