Anyone who wants to develop stronger self awareness, situational awareness and an ability to detect and manage emotional states.

OVERVIEW

Emotional Intelligence is the capacity for recognizing your feelings and those of others, for motivating yourself, and for managing emotions well in yourself and in your relationships. Emotional intelligence is a skill set that can be developed.

  • Learn the six capabilities of self-awareness to:
  • Help individuals, managers and leaders increase their personal effectiveness
  • Improve relationships in business and in social settings
  • Manage personal emotions and effectively deal with the emotions of others

  • Empower employees to perform, create teamwork and boost engagement, loyalty and retention
  • Learn the 5 core emotions and how to properly observe and define them
  • Understand emotional "triggers" ; how to manage them in yourself and others

DELIVERY

This program may be delivered within the instructor led online module in a stand alone approach or, in a blended approach which includes the online module combined with onsite learning by one of our instructors.

Online: Approximately 10-15 hours of online learning delivered over a 2 week period
Blended: Online learning + 8 or 16 hours Face to face delivered over 1,2 or 3 day sessions

REINFORCEMENT

This development class includes proven ways to transfer learning, knowledge and skills to the workplace. Enhanced coaching, reinforcement tools and processes are also available.
