Anyone who wants to develop a consistent, effective way to approach everyday conversations and have better results.

OVERVIEW

Constructive Communication® is designed to help people who need to have conversations with these elements: Differing opinions; you hold one view, the other person(s) hold a different view. The "stakes" or the outcome could be high. Emotions can be a factor that "derails" the conversation.

DELIVERY

This program may be delivered within the instructor led online module in a stand alone approach or, in a blended approach which includes the online module combined with onsite learning by one of our instructors.

Online: Approximately 10-15 hours of online learning delivered over a 2 week period
Blended: Online learning + 8 or 16 hours Face to face delivered over 1,2 or 3 day sessions

REINFORCEMENT

This development class includes proven ways to transfer learning, knowledge and skills to the workplace. Enhanced coaching, reinforcement tools and processes are also available.
